Yes, you can not topup with more than £20 in one day i.e. 4 X £5 topups.

- When will my Topup credit expire?
The card will expire after 90 days of non-usage. However, the expired credit will be reinstated once you send a new topup request. For instance, you have used your credit up within 90 days, and there's still £3.55 credit left. When you dial our access number, you will be told that your credit has expired. If you send TL to 80556, you will find that your credit is £5+£3.55=£8.55.
Back to Questions
- Why the rate is higher than the one stated at your website?
Since we changed our Text & Talk rates from 1st February 2008, all our new customer will have the cheaper rates. However, you might find that you still have the old and more expensive rate, which is not cheap as the one on our website. This is because you are our or our partners' existing customer before 1st February 2008, and our system will still give you the old rate automatically. Please
contact us with your mobile number quoted, and we will help you upgrade to the cheaper rate.
