Talk Longer's Direct Dial service is very simple to use and NO top up, no prepayment, no bills from us.

How to use

• Find Direct Dial access number at your calling destination page (click to see country list), then dial the access number
• At the prompt, input your destination number in full (including 00) to make your free international call (remember NOT to press "call" again after inputting the destination number if you call from your mobile phone)
• That's it, you're connected!

Remember you can dial your destination number at any time during the prompt.

How you pay for the calls you make

When you make a call via Talk Longer you only pay for calling one of the Talk Longer access numbers. It is your service provider that will charge you - not us. So for example, if you made a 5 minute call to Pakistan from a T-Mobile phone, then next time you got your bill you would see a call to our 0871 number, a duration of 5 minutes and a charge of 50p and absolutely no charges by us. For most UK landlines (i.e. BT), there is also a set-up fee charged by BT (10.9p for every call). That is to say, if you make a 30 minutes call to (e.g. 1p/min for India), all you need to pay is 30*1 +10.9=40.9p.

The prices for landline shown on this site are BT's charges per minute for calling the Talk Longer access number and you are charged per second from connection to the Talk Longer service. If you're not with BT you need to check with your service provider how much they will charge for calls made to the Talk Longer access numbers. Some mobile service providers even bundle some of the Talk Longer access numbers into certain free minutes packages. If you are thinking of using a Talk Longer access number from your mobile phone please first check the charges with your mobile service provider.

Things you should know before using our Direct Dial service:

• You must have the bill payer’s permission before using our service
• You are charged from the time of connection to our service
• Please hang up after a short time if your call is engaged or unanswered
• BT apply a 10.9 pence (inc VAT) Call-Set-Up Fee to each call(Applies to landline users only)
